We inspect every item by hand prior to packing it for shipment. However, we understand that accidents can happen, and we stand behind the quality of our products 100%. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please read carefully and follow directions below.
1. CLICK HERE to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. (RA # will be emailed)
2. Record your RA # on the Returns Slip that was included in your original package.
3. Pack your item(s) for return. The following items MUST BE INCLUDED in your return package:

2. Copy of Returns Slip w/ RA # as stated in #3.
3. Copy of original packing slip

Condition of Items Being Returned:
All items must be in new condition- unworn, unlaundered, unaltered.
We do not currently offer exchanges.
Credits on Returns:
You will receive email confirmation once return has been logged and funds are credited to your account. Number of days for record of credit varies with financial policies, however, most returns are completed within 3-5 business days.
